60 Second Realtor Profile Video Scripting Questions
The questions below are meant as thought starters to help you craft your 60 second script.
Focus on the questions that speak to you personally and craft your sound bites for your video around them. Think of the questions below as a recipe for finalizing your 60 second script.
Location & Wardrobe:
In terms of the location for filming, think of a location we can film you in that will communicate something about you and your personality; your office, a beautiful listing etc.
How do you dress when you work with clients, what's your style and who do you want to attract as clients?
Timing & Scripting your 60 second video:
Once you have some great sound bites crafted from the questions below, use your phone and time yourself speaking them aloud at a natural pace, your target is about 50 seconds as it's always good to have a little breathing room.
Once your sound bites and timing are solid; please send us a written version which will function as your script when we film. A solid script will ensure your points are communicated during the shoot.

1.) Tell the audience something that only you can say about your career in realty; we are looking for something that only you can own here, something unique to you only and not a generic statement that anyone can claim.
2.) What motivated you to become a realtor and what keeps you moving forward in your profession?
3.) Do you have any awards, accolades, statistics that would be good to share with the audience; i.e. I was the top producer in SF in 2017 etc
4.) What separates your approach to real estate marketing from your competitors? Are you leveraging videos, targeted social media posts YouTube/Google/Facebook ads to promote listings etc.
5.) Do you wish to work with a specific type/demographic of client? Now is your chance to let them know.
6.) If there were only three things that the viewer will remember from your profile video, what would they be? Please list in the order of importance.
7.) Do you have a client story you'd like to share,perhaps how you handled a challenge in the transaction process or a fun anecdote about a favorite deal/client?
8.) Aside from realty, what else are you passionate about; perhaps a hobby or something family related.
9.) Have you achieved something in your personal life that would be good to share in terms of communicating your dedication and perseverance; i.e.
