Monthly Social Media Marketing Package Details
1.) Facebook Ad Campaign, on-going each month
Ongoing Facebook Ad Campaign every month with continuous demographic tweaks and ad creative adjustments to push CTR (click through rate) and CPC (cost per click) in the right directions; a higher CTR to your website at a lower CPC per website visitor.
Please note, the client will be responsible for the Facebook media buy $5 to $10 per day which goes straight to Facebook.
2.) #InstaTrailer Videos, 2 per month
Our #InstaTrailers are a powerful way to share content on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Video #Instatrailers get great engagement and boost follow rates on Instagram.
Here are some example Instratrailers we could create for you: Customer testimonials, community footage, listing time-lapses, on the spot listing updates, new listing announcements, announce your closed listings, community commentary etc. Your #Instatrailers will be posted to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and your YouTube channel as well if you like.

3.) Instagram Contests, 4 per year
Running contests on Instagram is a great way to create engagement and build followers who are interested in your services. We will run an Instagram contest for you four times a year approximately every three months. They can coincide with the seasons, new product announcements etc.
Please note, the client will be responsible for providing prizes; i.e. free nail treatment, free product giveaway etc.
4.) Social Stats Reporting
We will deliver monthly reports on your Facebook Ad Campaigns and Instagram engagement so that we can continuously improve your social media marketing moving forward. These reports are invaluable as they show how effective your marketing dollars and efforts truly are while at the same time delivering valuable data to help improve your marketing efforts over time.
5.) Social Media Consulting
2 hours per month. We will counsel you on things like trending hashtags, IconoSquare analytics monitoring to help grow follower base, app usage to make posting to social faster and more efficient and suggestions to grow your follower base etc
Budget:
$2000.00 per month paid at the start of each month.

A 15% discount provided for one year paid in advance, $20,400.00 total
