About Nicole
Nicole J. Needham is a second-generation Bay Area native and is well-versed in the communities of Marin, Napa Valley and her native San Francisco. After years of apprenticeship to her mother, renowned designer/developer Pamala Deikel, Nicole offers her clients an array of design and development experience, combined with analysis of current market trends, contract negotiation, and exclusive Compass marketing, making her ideally suited to navigate you through the process of buying your new home or selling an existing property.
Prior to real estate, Nicole was the lead marketing and merchandising analyst for an online provider of luxury perks and loyalty programs for Fortune 500 companies. She was also a nationally ranked equestrian, riding since she was eight years old and the former owner and operator of the equestrian stables, Hyde Street Farms.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of San Francisco. Her scholastic internships at UCSF and Marin General led to an ongoing dedication to philanthropy. Nicole serves as a committee member for the Woman and Children’s Health Center in San Francisco and Wishes for Wellness at the California Pacific Medical Center.
Nicole lives in Marin with her husband and her two daughters, undoubtedly her other great passion and dedication.
